How ordering works
Bawa's is an e-commerce platform offering online grocery / snack shopping.
When you place an order, it’s treated as an offer to buy. They accept or decline the order at their discretion. A binding contract only forms once Bawa’s confirms the order to you.
Until that confirmation (via email/SMS/phone), they reserve the right to reject the order.

Delivery / Shipping Terms
They deliver only to the main island of Singapore.
Delivery is available 7 days a week, between 10:00 am and 9:00 pm.
Free delivery if your order value is S$100 or more.
For orders below S$100, a delivery fee of S$10 applies.
If nobody is present at delivery, or if the delivery address provided is wrong, and the order cannot be delivered, then for a re-delivery an additional delivery fee will apply.

You may cancel your order only before they dispatch it — i.e. before you receive confirmation of dispatch. Once the order is dispatched, no cancellation is allowed.
If any suspicious or fraudulent transaction is detected, Bawa’s reserves the right to cancel the order.
On receiving delivery, you must check the quality and quantity of items immediately. Any complaint about quality/quantity must be made at that time. Claims made after acceptance (after receiving and opening) won’t be entertained.
If an item arrives unopened and you believe there is a quality issue, you must return it at the time of delivery — no post-delivery returns allowed.
Returns are not allowed simply because you changed your mind (e.g. you don’t like the product) — returns only accepted for genuine quality issues at delivery.
