www.bawas.com.sg, we understand that you may need to cancel your order under certain circumstances. Please read our cancellation guidelines carefully.

1. Order Cancellation Window

  • You may cancel an order before it is dispatched.

  • An order is considered dispatched once we notify you via email, SMS, or phone call about its shipment.

  • No cancellations are allowed after dispatch, as the order is already in transit.

2. Fraudulent Transactions

  • We reserve the right to cancel any order if we suspect fraudulent activity or transactions that violate our Terms and Conditions.

  • In such cases, we may:

  • Flag the user account

  • Deny access to the website

  • Cancel any future orders placed by the user

3. Discounts and Coupons

Promotional codes and vouchers may have specific conditions, such as:

  • Minimum order value

  • Single-use only

  • Validity period

  • Only one discount or promotional offer can be applied per order.

  • Coupons are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be sold, exchanged, or reproduced.

  • www.bawas.com.sg reserves the right to verify coupon authenticity and cancel any coupon if fraudulent activity is suspected.

  • All decisions regarding discounts and promotional codes are final.

4. Payment Terms

  • All payments must be made in full and in cash (SGD only) at the time of delivery.

  • Accepted payment methods include:

  • PayNow

  • SGQR

  • Bank Transfer

  • Cancel before dispatch only.

  • Fraudulent orders may be canceled at our discretion.

  • Only one discount code per order, non-transferable.

Payments are in SGD, completed at delivery.
