  • Only non-perishable items are eligible for return.

  • Perishable, opened, or consumable goods cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

  • Be in its original packaging

  • Be accompanied by a valid receipt or order confirmation

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

  • Refunds typically take 5–7 business days to process after approval.

Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., damaged or incorrect item delivered).

5. Rejected Returns

We reserve the right to decline returns if:

  • The item has been used, opened, or damaged by the customer

  • The return request is made after the 3-day window

  • The item does not meet the return eligibility criteria

6. Exchanges

Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different item, please initiate a return and place a new order.
