Bawas.com.sg is the online store of Bawa’s Delicacy Pte Ltd, offering a variety of snacks, cookies, bakery goods and groceries for retail and wholesale customers.

You may return unopened items at delivery time if there’s a quality issue. We do not accept returns based on personal preference.

Not for browsing — but you must provide valid personal info to place an order. It’s your responsibility to keep your login credentials secure.

We collect only necessary information, stored securely. We do not sell or rent your data. It’s used only for order fulfilment, delivery, and internal analytics (or as required by law).

Order & Payment Details

Simply browse our products, add your favourite items to the cart, and proceed to checkout. Follow the steps to enter your delivery details and make payment.

You can place an order as a guest, but we recommend creating an account for faster checkout, order tracking, and access to your order history.

Yes. All transactions are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways to protect your personal and financial information.

Order modifications are only possible before the order is dispatched. Please contact our customer support team immediately if you need to make changes.

Yes, you may cancel your order before dispatch. Once the order has been shipped out, cancellations are not allowed.

Yes, invoices are automatically generated and sent with your order confirmation. You can also download them from your account under “Order History.

No, we do not offer cash-on-delivery. All orders must be paid online during checkout.

You can enter your promo code during checkout. The discount will automatically apply if the code is valid and meets the conditions.

Shipping & Tracking

We currently deliver to all areas within the main island of Singapore. Delivery to offshore islands is not available at the moment.

Deliveries are made seven days a week, between 10:00 AM and 9:00 PM.

1. Free delivery for orders above S$150.
2. A S$10 delivery fee applies to orders below S$150.

Orders are usually delivered on the selected delivery date during checkout. Delivery times may vary depending on order volume and delivery schedule.

You can track your order using the “Track Order” option on our website. Log in to your account and enter your order details to view the current status.

Yes, you will receive a notification via email or SMS once your order has been scheduled or dispatched.

If no one is available to receive the order or if the provided address is incorrect, a re-delivery fee will be charged. Please ensure someone is available during the scheduled time.

Same-day delivery availability depends on stock and delivery load. Please check the available delivery slots during checkout.

No, we currently deliver within Singapore only.
