1. Product Check at the Time of Delivery

Customers are required to check the product’s quality and quantity at the time of delivery.
Any claims related to:

  • Wrong quantity

  • Visible quality issues

  • Damaged packaging

must be reported immediately upon delivery.

We will not accept any claims once the stock has been delivered and acknowledged as received.

2. Unopened Product Returns

If the product is unopened and you find that the quality is not up to standard, you may return it immediately at the time of delivery.

Returns or quality complaints made after delivery is completed will not be entertained.

3. No Returns for Opened Items

Once a product is opened, we cannot accept returns or refunds—even if the issue is found inside the packaging.
This is to maintain hygiene, product integrity, and safety standards.

4. Preference-Based Returns Not Accepted

We do not accept returns for the following reasons:

  • You did not like the product

  • Change of mind

  • Difference in personal preference

Returns are only accepted in the case of a genuine quality issue identified at the time of delivery.

  • Stock levels

may vary and are subject to change.
In cases of product unavailability or price fluctuations, our team will update you accordingly before processing the order.
